Welcome! No Noisy Neighbors is a community forum about web hosting: shared hosting, VPS and cloud, dedicated servers, control panels, DNS, email deliverability, security, uptime, and the "noisy neighbour" problem - when another customer on the same server uses up the CPU, disk or network your site needs.
Ask questions, share what you have learned, and help others choose and run their hosting. If you are new, say hello in this category and tell us what you host.
Community guidelines
- Be civil. Disagree with ideas, not people. No personal attacks, harassment or hate.
- No spam. No advertising, no link dumping and no affiliate links posted to earn commission. Posts that exist to sell will be removed.
- Disclose any host affiliation. If you work for, own, resell for or are paid by a hosting company, say so whenever you discuss it or its competitors. Reviews must be your own genuine experience.
- Make it easy to help you. Use a clear title, pick the right category, and include the details: plan type, control panel, error messages and what you have already tried.
- Protect privacy and security. Never post passwords, API keys, private keys or anyone's personal details. Redact IP addresses and hostnames if you need to.
- Nothing illegal or harmful. No help attacking systems you do not own, no malware, nothing unlawful.
- Advice is general information. Answers come from community members. Test changes carefully and keep backups before you act on them.
